She has well over 100 published articles and a number of books. She has played leading roles in the development, administration and implementation of interdisciplinary, international, and academic collaborations and networks.

Biography:

Morgan C. Wang received his Ph.D. from Iowa State University in 1991. He is the funding Director of Data Mining Program and Professor of Statistics at the University of Central Florida. He has published one book (Integrating Results through Meta-Analytic Review Using SAS Software, SAS Institute, 1999), and over 80 papers in referee journals and conference proceedings on topics including interval analysis, meta-analysis, computer security, business analytics, health care analytics and data mining. He is the elected member of International Statistical Association and member of American Statistical Association and International Chinese Statistical Association? Dr. Wang is an active big data analyst. He provides complete analytical services to help business community to maximize their customers' life time values through using data mining and advance big data analytical techniques.

Biography:

Yedidi Narasimha Murty obtained Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Andhra University, India in 1998 with Computational Fluid Dynamics as specialization. Yedidi continued his research work at Andhra University with CSIR fellowship till March-2000. Yedidi worked as Research Associate with CSIR fellowship at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Since December-2005, Yedidi is Architecting Data warehousing solutions for clients like – Optus-Australia, Ford, Travelers, BestBuy, GE Commercial Finance, PayPal, Bank of the West. Yedidi is currently working with Electronic Arts as BI Solutions Architect. He designed and modeled several solutions on Risk, Payment Transaction processing that is useful for the data driven business enablement. He is editorial board member for “World Journal of Mechanics” and “Fluid Mechanis: Open Access”. He reviewed 50+ research papers for various journals

Biography:

Dr. Nong Ye is a tenured, full professor at Arizona State University. She received a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 1991, a MS degree in Computer Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1988, and a BS degree in Computer Science from Peking University, in 1985. Her past and current research has received over $8M external funding support and has produced eighty-seven journal papers and five books, including Data Mining: Theories, Algorithms, and Examples. Her recent research focuses on developing data mining algorithms to discover multivariate data associations for capturing both partial-value and full-value variable associations as well as both individual and interactive effects of multiple variables. New algorithms have been applied to cyber attack detection, engineering retention and education, and energy systems modeling.

Prof Dr Parameshwar P Iyer has earned his Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees from IIT Kharagpur, Universities of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and California at Davis. He has been on the Faculties at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey (in the USA), and at the IIT Kharagpur, IIM Kozhikode, and IISc Bangalore (all in India), where he is currently pursuing research, teaching, and consulting in Managenet of Innovation, Projects, and Entrepreneurship. Biography:

Javier Sarsa, Ph. D., is a Professor of Educational Technology at the Faculty of Education of the University of Zaragoza, in Spain. He received his Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (with specialization in Informatics and Control) from the aforementioned university and completed his Doctoral Degree within an Education Program.

Dr. Sarsa held a position as coordinator of the e-Learning services of the University of Zaragoza between 2000 and 2008 to setup the e-Learning systems and the associated training programs for teachers in educational technology.

Research Interest:
His research has been focused on Interactive Multimedia, Learning Management Systems, Authoring Tools, Educational Devices and Applications, e-Learning Statistics, e-Learning Specifications, e-Learning Quality, Digital Video, etc. He has published more than 40 publications in journals, book chapters and conferences in the field of educational technology and participated in national and European projects. 

Dr. Shahram Rahimi

Biography:

Dr. Shahram Rahimi is currently the Department Head and Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Mississippi State University. Prior to that, he was a Professor and Chair at the Department of Computer Science at Southern Illinois University (SIU) for six years. Dr. Rahimi has extensive background in both academia and industry. He is a recognized leader in artificial intelligence with over 190 peer-reviewed publications and several patents or pending patents in this area.  Dr. Rahimi has served as the editor-in-chief and editorial board member of several journals in his area of research and is a member of IEEE New Standards Committee in Computational Intelligence. The Game Theory/Machine Learning Hybrid System that he and his team have developed, is regularly used for decision support in foreign policy. Additionally, his intelligent algorithm for patient flow optimization and staffing is currently used in over 800 Emergency Departments across the nation and was named top 10 AI technology for healthcare in 2018. Dr. Rahimi has also organized many conferences on Artificial Intelligence and multi-agent systems over the past two decades and has served as Principal Investigator for several federally and industry funded research projects.

Ergi Sener, who is indicated as one of the 20 Turkish people to be followed in the field of technology (*), received a BS in Microelectronics Engineering in 2005 and double MS in Telecommunications & Management in 2007 from Sabanci University. He is pursuing a PHD degree in Innovation. He worked at Garanti Payment Systems, Turkcell and MasterCard all for managing new businesses and innovation. Her is currently acting as the CEO of Bonbon Tech, the biggest IoT focused new generation analytics company of Turkey. He is also acting as the CDO of Holland based incubation center, IdeaField.

She is the Lead Data Scientist at StormGeo, a global provider of weather intelligence and decision support services, with leading solutions for shipping, oil and gas, renewable energy, utilities, cross industry and aviation. She has published more than 25 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an External Censor for Department of Physics and Technology at University of Bergen.
